In this part of Tuscany the cultivation of olives and the production of extra virgin olive oil is anancient tradition. The tradition of a genuine oil - full of flavour being at the saure time highlydigestible and with very low levels of acidity is part of our cultural heritage.Il Frantoio dei Cinque Colli ("Olive press of the 5 hills") has as principle objective the conservationof this tradition by the production of oil of the highest quality.
