The oil of Il Frantoio dei Cinque Colli ("Olive press of the 5 hills") is a result of traditional procedures applied with particular care. The olives are picked by hand from the trees and processed within 48 hours - without, therefore, jeopardizing the characterstics and quality of the oil. Using a production process with "state of the art" machinery and following quality control procedures up to finished product we are able to offer an extra virgin olive oil of very low acidity ideal for direct useas condiment or for cooking.
